Tariro Gurudza

Tariro Gurudza is a BioEngineering student at NYU Abu Dhabi, where she has developed expertise in protein purification, cell culturing, and biochemical assay development. As a Research Assistant in the Structural Biology and Biophysical Laboratory, she successfully cultured and purified proteins, conducted enzyme kinetics studies, and contributed to the characterization of proteins using advanced techniques. Her contributions to the study of 3C-like proteases in SARS-CoV-2 have also been recognized through her co-authorship of a peer-reviewed publication in Bioscience Reports. Tariro is interested in Protein Engineering and has a passion for Cancer therapeutic development. Tariro is eager to apply her skills to Pharmaceutical research and innovative biotech solutions.
